The last post
This week is the last week of the semester and you are reading my last post of the semester as well. Arjarn Jasper required 3000 words as the total and he doesn't mind about how much you posted. If you post at least 3000 words that means you can go on to English for Law 2. Actually, I have posted every week at least 500 words per week but I want to ensure that I will surely pass with a good grade as Arjarn Jasper told me "You must ace the exam!!".
So, before the exam which will be on 6th March 2007, I have to review all the both books "A Time to Kill" and "The Firm". According to all the law subject I have to do in the exam. This twos tiny book are become a hard work for me. My teacher told me that in the part of an essay will be about Comparison between two books. That means I must remember the two books by heart in the same as law subject, too.
I don't know what should I write in this last post. I am just worried about the exam and trying to get rid of my anxious and nervous. See you on English 2 [I hope so...hehe].

Camp for Law students
Last week I went to Korat province for camping with my faculty. This camp was settled for practice students who will be the committee of the faculty. The camp has been organized every year until it becomes tradition. Senior officers who used to the committee have a duty to teach new generation about workshops or events that the faculty must be organize in the next year. At first, I did't know much about this camp but my senior told me that will be something fun and interesting waiting for me in this camp. So, I decided to go. This camp was during Friday to Sunday, 3 days 2 nights.
First day, we leaved from ABAC at 1.00 pm., there was just a little group in my bus because another group will follow after thier Economic Quiz 1. We arrived at 5.00 pm., very long trip. When we finished to take a bath, my seniors order me to gather at the arena. Then, they wanted me to seperate 2 groups and create a project and presentation of Assumption University's Introduction. They gave me 1 hour for these two projects. While I and my friends were presented, a fews senior officers and a teacher, head of student's activity were commentator. Especially, the observers are my friend but they still made me shy. The commentator was frightening us too much when we had just a little bit mistakes. We discuss until 1.30 am . That was a terrible night but we still had fun and relax with the guitar.
P.S. : Another group joined us and they were frighten by an evil commentator [ just kidding ] ^_^
Second day, we woke up at about 9.00 am. and had a breakfast. Then, we had the first activity. There were 3 groups now and we discuss about the objective of Law's activity [ The camp including the new generation student ]. We sent representative to present this activity. The second activity was assessment's activity. We must assess the situation by approximate the ability of person in group. Then, we gave them the number and they let us to "stand up-sit down" I don't know how to explian, just like an exercise posture. So, we must help each others to take this posture to reach the number that we gave them. No one wanted to fail. The result is the pain on everyone's leg. That's funny. After that, we arranged two meetings. 1. Committee of the faculty 2. ALSA [Asian Law Student's Association] meeting. We discuss about planning of every events in the next year. Until the night at 1.00 am and then we had play cards and guitar as relaxation.
Third day, we just discuss about the plan of between two groups, Committee of the faculty and ALSA's Committee. Then, we went back to ABAC at 1.00 pm. and arrived at 05.00 pm.
This camp made me feel happy and know a lot of relationship between people in the faculty. I know my senior was very tried all the year. Now, this is my turn. I love this faculty.

Special Force
I am very serious and nervous when I practice and read the books. So, I find the new way to relax my stressful. This is a newest "Military Online Game". All of my friends are addicted this game because it is very challenging. Everybody who download this game and installed it could be join us for free.
First of all, they will give you 16000 sp. to buy the primary weapon, secondary weapon and special equipment including M16 [The gun which Carl Lee used for kill the two rapists], K2, Arca or Rifle. Gas bomb, Poison bomb, Flash bomb. There are many interesting weapon that you can find out and often update every week.
If you want to have a lot of weapon, you must kill peoples as much as you can. There are 2 kinds of the game. The first one is Single Mode or Death Match, that means you must kill anyone you see and it will be too much confusion in this mode because there are 16 persons maximum. When you died the programme will randomly give you the new position. So, you could not ever know which guy will be appear in front of you. You must be careful. This mode give you a little bit point [ sp. ].
The second mode is Team Mode. That means you can choose the team in the waiting room and then when the game start. There will be 2 teams, each team including 8 persons and you must plan and learn your enemy well to beat them. The objective are different depend on the mission. This mode is fun more than single mode, it seems like you are in the real war. If you are in good team you will easily beat the enemy. Furthermore, this mode give you plenty of point, it is better from another one mode.
So, I am going to read the books now or play this game lol. Thank you for your attention.

Problems
I have many problem for a few weeks ago. The exam is coming up on the next month and my time are just 20 days remainging. I am confusing about the article in the" Civil Code" and "Criminal Code". The article means the message of law which written by the lawyers. There are plenty of articles involved the subject that I am learning now. In addition, I am not about my teacher will scope the border of the exam or not? It is a really hard work for preparation. So, I am nervous in the same as previous semester.
The first examination is on the end of this month. Criminal Law 1 is the first, for sure with plenty of articles and many rules. This is one subject which hardly to scrutinize because of the punishments and characters in the question. One criminal could be receive many punishment and that is the cause to make you confuse. If you are not careful enough, teacher will deduct your point.
Second is English for law 1 on 6th March 2007. Arjarn Jasper told me that he will use the both books "A Time to Kill" and "The Firm" together in the exam. When he uses just one book, I got "B+". So, if he uses two books, I am not sure for my grade, nervous again -*-.
For the rest examination are on 8th and 9th March 2007. These are very terrible schedule because one day for 2 subjects. On 8th, I have "Law of Juristic acts and Contract" in the morning and I have just an hour for break. Then, "Public and Private Financial of Law". On 9th, "Introduction of legal profession" in the morning and "Property and Land Law" in the afternoon.
You see? those are very strict schedule, it is very hard for me. I think it was my fault when I had registed the subject. I was not careful enough about the date of examination. Actually, I had no choice because the rest subject were full and these are all the subject that I can handle in the first year ,second semester.
These are my problems. If you would to suggest me or have some instuction, please leave it here. I am welcome for your help. Thank you.

The Announcement
Finally, the grade of the mid-term exam was annouce on the last few days. It was not that bad, I had got just "B+" and my teacher said that this is almost good grade. But, the problem is my expectation, I think I have good preparation for the exam [maybe not enough]. According to my preparation I expected to get the best grade, but I don't know why I cannot get it. I don't want to be the best, but I just want to have good grade. That's all.
I really worrying because in "Law Subject" it will be very difficult to get grade "A". Everything is depend on my essay in the exam. How I scrutinize the case, how I justify the case and how I use the civil code or criminal code. It will also depend on my teacher, too. He or she might be does not like my answer or the way I use to arrange my answer. It is very hard work [every subject in this semester]. That is why I really want to get grade "A" in every subject that I could.
Although my english teacher is very fair, I cannot get good grade enough. Now, I really worry about the coming final-exam. When I know my grade I thought "Oh my god, again? I expected "A", so I got "B+" ". It might be sound like, I'm over-acting or I have too much expectation but I just get upset and I will try again in the final. My teacher told me that I must working a bit more. He also told me that I still have chance to get "A".

Liverpool 2-0 Chelsea
Although Liverpool was really bad in a few weeks ago. They defeated Arsenal 3 times. Arsenal scored 12 goal in just 3 games, that shown everyone about how fragile of Liverpool's defense. That was very ashamed for all of the fans. And I was really worried about the big game at Anfield, Liverpool VS Chelsea.
Chelsea is the team who could produce smoothly game and create the chance, they could goal with just a fews opportunities. They are good at scoring, pressure their enemy and use the mistake of the rival. They oftens beat Liverpool in league's game. Every statistic was scared me.

However, they facing with a big problem, their important player were injured such as John Terry, Claude Makelele etc. They still just patients now. That the cause of Chelsea's weakness.
Liverpool's boss Rafael Benitez realized his team's problem. He knows his player still confused in the game. They can't understand his plans, so they just pass the ball without any tactics. I don't know what he wants Liverpool to play, I just see them play a simple tactic and they can't controlled their area. But, Liverpool's fan always cheerful, I love them and I confident that the players admired and appreciated them too. They are an important element of Liverpool's success.
However, the big game at Anfield was surprising me. I didn't see that game because I was at ABAC's Bangna Campus. Actually, I tried to forget the game. I didn't want to see my team defeat again. Suddenly, my friend called me and said in surprise "Big news, Liverpool 1-0 Chelsea by Dirk Kuyt". My god, I really want to see the game but I must stay at the conference. About twenty minutes later, second goal by Jermaine Pennant was reported. It was unexpected miracle things at that night. No matters how was terrible of Liverpool, but this game they played really well. I hope they will stabilized their standard and hold top three position until the end of this season.
